The seventh issue of Toxic Weeds features an interview with Chang Sheng-Wen, guitarist of the Taiwanese indie band Touming Magazine, a key figure in Taiwan’s punk scene. From collecting American punk records in the ’90s to forming bands and creating a record label, Chang shares insights into Taiwan’s punk culture. Additionally, this issue covers a 1961 incident in which a Wisconsin chicken farmer claimed to have encountered extraterrestrials. As always, we have also included a selection of reader-submitted works.
